The belly is so cute

I started three weeks ago and quit after that because they were not transparent with the hours you have to put in, and especially if I have to work in the dark, the money is not worth the time I need to survive. The trucks you have to drive are dangerous and nasty on the inside. I had hills I had to climb just to get the the houses, and my body is paying for it now. They do not care about your life, all they care about is the mail, so my advice is before you apply to USPS to check out as many videos as possible, because the work if very, very hard. I feel much better since I quit, now I'm working a job that pays me well, plus I have weekends and holidays off.

As someone who worked at usps as a mha at a plant while earning for my degree, is that the workplace is very clickish, the easiest way to describe it is like high school imo! Too much drama, either getting overworked while the lazy ppl do nothing, etc, some supervisors don't know how to supervise as well... not all supervisors but even the ones that are nice have a hard time since they have to keep all that stress even when they go home, they also have to things which they don't want because of incompetent managers... the pay is ok if you live close in a low price living area but if you live in a urban or metropolitan area, it's not worth it imo, only getting 1k every 2 weeks without overtime, and with overtime I guess it's ok but you won't have no life whatsoever, the post office will be your life. 😔 Even though now I moved on to better things I still kept my usps ID badge, also known as a postal ID, before leaving the day after I just lied about losing when in reality I just kept it home so they just deactivate the barcode. Oh well, at least when I'm old I can look back on how nice I looked. 🪪😂

I retired last year after 18 years at the Postal Service. (Bought my 4 years of military service to bring my time to 22 years). You are so right with everything you said. I worked in small Post Offices which made things more bearable. Once I fell at work and the first thing upper management asked my Postmaster was were my shoes old and worn out. What a joke. The pay was good, the benefits were good. It was stressful and I've never regretted retiring. I worked 6 days a week for 11 years until I was awarded a fulltime position.

I'm currently a CCA for the Post Office here in Philadelphia. I've been hired since 08/19/2023 and I can honestly say that I like the work but don't like the working environment at my office too much. It's somewhat toxic

Not my belly looking like that second picture 😂 I took way too many pregnancy tests though (about 10 from different brands) and they are all big ol negative. I want to buy more later this week because my belly is protruding way too much 😂 even at my biggest my belly doesn't protrude this much 😂

My sister in law quit the job she said the first week she was doing it it was a lot it was getting dark she couldn’t see too top it off when she got the office late the boss got mad at her she said when she got out from the office she was crying 😢 quit after 2 weeks of trying I heard is though the first 3 months the worse but the managers or bosses don’t make it any eso we by acting like that stead of supporting u Also don’t think they train them enough out for delivering mail Being knew and delivering mail different routes can be challenging since I’m sure they don’t know the area

This job is for a single person the doesn’t have no kids or wife I can’t imagine working 6 days a week for 12 hrs That’s crazy and to top it off they don’t care about the workers that’s horrible who ever runs the post office they need to some training do better 😢

They need to change the rules of the post office who ever runs this place this should not be allowed

I totally just worked 7 days straight, idk where you got that you cant work 7 days. My office is pretty good, both my supervisor and post master i like. Only complaint is they threw me on 3 new routes last week, i would say "learn" but i definitely didn't learn them in one day. That kind of was brain melting. I got 2 routes down pretty damn good, and they're both 9 hour routes. I will say I'm definitely leas exhausted, than i at my last job. I was on my feet for 9½ out of 10 hours a day, only got to sit for my half hour lunch, amd i did that for 10 years. I cant speak on the bad management, and my place is definitely not toxic. Its definitely all in the office you work at.

Girllll! I literally feel crazy rn too wondering if I’m pregnant or if it was gas what I felt. I have pcos so I haven’t had a period since April. I took a digital pregnancy test since it was all I had and it was positive 💀. My back started to hurt the day before and I thought it was my period coming, then the day I took my test I felt bloated, had mild cramps and my nipples started to hurt. But when the food made me ick I decided to take one. But now all my urine test are negative 🙄. My symptoms come and go but this heartburn been here for a whole week. Finally went to the doctors and requested a blood test because I feel like I’m going crazy. Like am I or wtf is going on 😭

It's nothing but arrogant trash people at the management level. If they didn't get in at the USPS these people would still be barmaids and busboys. The USPS will hire supervisors who have less than one year of street time. When they get to that level they think their s*** don't stink.
